How lucky are my kids? After waking up before dawn to drive to Corona del Mar, we spent a heavenly afternoon with the Burches on Balboa Island. It was the kind of afternoon that passes far too quickly and that you wish would never end; Happy kids making drip castle complexes and my new favorite beachside combo: gin-and-tonics and trivia!
