Happy Fourth of July!!!

Here are some shots of our Fourth of July in Scituate... I think the girls knew it was going to be a great day when they woke up to special donuts with red white and blue sprinkles; perfect fuel for the day's activities. The neighborhood has a parade for the kids, who decorate their bikes and wagons and scooters....as you can see the girls had a wonderful time! The rest of the day was spent at the beach, where Kateri got as sandy as humanly possible, Lili worked on her boogie boarding skills, and Audrey made sandcastles and jumped in the waves with Bowker. We enjoyed a delicious meal of smoked ribs a la Papa and capped off the evening with fireworks at the beach. Ahh..the Fourth of July in Scituate...they know how to do it right!
